Booking and rules – Hotel info

Dear guests, we thank you for choosing Villa Barsanti for your stay in Versilia.
Below, you will find our internal regulations that will give you some information in force in our hotel and will be tacitly accepted upon confirmation of booking.

The management and all the staff wish you a pleasant stay.

Booking Info

By booking directly with us, through our website or by contacting us by phone or email, you will have many advantages:

• the best rates available
• the latest available rooms
• instant processing of your booking
• booking without intermediary
• secure transaction (for reservations on our site)

To confirm your stay, a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer, non-refundable, or a valid credit card as guarantee.

Rates

Family packages

For 2 adults plus 2 children aged up to 9 years, three adult rates are considered

• Children up to 2 years (not completed) Euro 15.00 per day per cot -and Euro 20,00 per meal /per day
• Children from 3 to 6 years old 50% discount on adult rate
• Children from 7 to 12 years old 30% discount on adult rate

Third bed rate 10% discount

Children benefit from the aforementioned discounts only in case of presence of num. 2 adults in the room.

For stays of one adult and 1 child, a basic price of two adults is considered.

Rates of half board and full board

The rates of half board (HB)  published online on our site are considered for a minimum stay of 3 days / 3 nights. Therefore, for stays of shorter duration, the cost of the chosen room only plus the extras and meals used during the stay will be applied.

For stays of less than 3 days, the cost / meal of Euro 37.00 per person excluding drinks is considered.

Services not consumed at the hotel
If half-board is agreed, no reimbursement or compensation will be granted for services not consumed at the hotel, even if the customer’s absence has been announced in advance.

Hotel Regulations

The Management and the Reception are at your disposal from 8:00 to 22:00, while during the night only surveillance and security service is carried out.
In case of departure before 8:00 in the morning or in the night, the balance of the stay must kindly take place the previous evening.
In general, the balance of the stay can be made at any time, while the mini-bar, extras and tourist tax must be paid at check-out.

The rooms are available from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival until 10.30 am on the day of departure.
Those who wish to keep their room beyond the allowed time, can do so by paying a supplement listed below (in any case, subject to availability and subject to the approval of the Management):
Until 17:00 – 50% of the daily rate
After 5pm – one night rate

Parking with limited places until exhaustion. Possibility to park in the adjacent streets without no parking and free of charge, or at one of the establishments affiliated with us as long as a reservation is made for the stay on the beach, or at our parking lot at about 2.5 km from the Hotel

Cancellation policy
We ask you to carefully read our cancellation policy:

Low Season: Up to 3 days from arrival, no penalty
From 3 days to arrival, 100% penalty

Mid Season (May, June and September): Up to 7 days before arrival, no penalty
From 7 days to arrival, 100% penalty

High Season (July and August): Up to 3 weeks from arrival, no penalty
From 21 days to arrival, 100% penalty

Easter, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, long weekends and events are considered as high season periods.

Any changes in the length of stay will be subject to a penalty according to the current hotel regulations, unless otherwise agreed with the Management: from one to three nights penalty based on the length of the stay.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
